Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website services provided by HEER Women's Clinic.

Article 2 (Definition of user)

A 'user' is anyone who accesses this website and uses the services under these terms.

Article 3 (Services)

We provide: clinic and care information, online consultation requests, event and promotion notices, and health information content.

Article 4 (Protection of personal information)

We protect users' personal information in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea and our Personal Information Processing Policy.

Article 5 (User obligations)

Users must comply with the laws of the Republic of Korea and these terms and must not infringe others' rights or disrupt clinic operations.

Article 6 (Change and suspension of services)

We may change or suspend all or part of the services as needed for operational or technical reasons.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

Medical information on this website is for general reference only; specific diagnosis and treatment must be provided through a specialist consultation.

Article 8 (Changes to terms)

We may change these terms when necessary. We will announce the changes, reasons, and effective date at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance for a material or adverse change. The amended terms apply from the stated effective date; earlier conduct remains governed by the prior terms. These terms and services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction is determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act and other applicable Korean law.
