Information updated: · HEER Women's Clinic
Can international patients have STI testing at HEER?
Yes. HEER provides STI and STD testing consultations for international patients in Gangnam, Seoul, with English-language support. Same-day visits may be available; contact the clinic first to confirm the schedule.
Which tests should I ask about?
HEER's international testing guide lists assessment for infections such as chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HPV, herpes, trichomoniasis, syphilis and HIV. The doctor selects tests according to your symptoms, exposure history and clinical needs; not every test is needed at every visit.
Symptoms alone do not identify every infection. Some infections may have no symptoms. Tell the doctor when any possible exposure occurred, since test selection and timing depend on that history.
What information should I bring?
Bring identification, relevant previous results and a list of medicines you take. Tell the clinic about symptoms, their timing and any treatment you have already used. Ask the team for preparation instructions for the tests planned at your appointment.
When and how will I get results?
The clinic explains the expected result timing and how you will receive the results. The schedule depends on the tests selected. Confirm the arrangements and whether a follow-up consultation is needed before leaving.
How is privacy handled?
HEER uses private consultation spaces and separated waiting areas. You can discuss your symptoms and testing concerns with the clinical team during your consultation.
How do I check availability and fees?
Message WhatsApp at +82 10-3268-2503 or call +82 2-595-9904. Ask about the appointment, English support and the cost of the tests being considered. The final test plan follows your consultation.
