- Items collected
- Name, phone number, subject, password (stored only as a one-way hash), message (optional), consultation/consent/reply administration data (internal/public IDs, general/sensitive-information consent status and time, policy version, status/reply, and creation/reply/notification times), an abuse-prevention SHA-256 hash of a network identifier (not the original IP address), consultation-submission/password attempt counts and attempt/lock timestamps, and administrator consultation-access records (actor email/ID, action, consultation ID, row count, and occurrence time)
- Retention
- Destroyed without delay once the purpose is fulfilled (consultation originals up to 1 year; abuse-prevention auxiliary records for 1 day from the last attempt; administrator access records for 2 years; encrypted backups up to 30 days after deletion of the original)
