Can I receive care in English?
HEER offers English-friendly care with on-site English-language interpretation. Tell the team that you need English support when booking, so they can help you through your visit.
Care is led by Dr. Yoonkyung Song, a female board-certified OB-GYN. For questions about a particular consultation, contact the team before your visit.
How do I book an appointment?
Contact HEER on WhatsApp at +82 10-3268-2503 or call the clinic at +82 2-595-9904. Naver booking is also available. Share your preferred date, your main concern and the language support you need.
Can I visit without an appointment?
Same-day registration is often possible, but availability depends on the clinic's schedule. Call or message before travelling to the clinic so the team can confirm whether you can be seen and the earliest available time.
What should I prepare?
Bring identification, a list of medicines you take and any previous test results that may help the doctor understand your concern. Let the team know which test or consultation you are considering when you book; preparation depends on the care planned.
How will I receive my test results?
The team explains how and when you will receive your results. Timing depends on the test, so confirm the expected schedule and any follow-up before you leave.
HEER's international Pap smear guide gives a usual laboratory turnaround of 2–7 days for cervical screening. This is an estimate for that test, not a same-day promise or a timetable for every type of testing.
How can I check the cost?
Ask the team for the cost of the consultation and any planned tests or procedures before booking. Fees depend on the care recommended and any applicable insurance coverage. The clinic provides cost guidance by phone, WhatsApp or the website consultation form.
Where is the clinic?
HEER is on the 10th floor of W Tower, 54 Seocho-daero 77-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul. It is about one minute from Sinnonhyeon Station, Exit 7 on the Sinbundang Line or Exit 8 on Line 9, and five minutes from Gangnam Station, Exit 10.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 10:00–19:00. Wednesday: 10:00–13:00. Saturday: 09:30–15:00. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Weekday lunch is 13:00–14:00; there is no Saturday lunch break.
