WHY HEER
Vaginal tightening — why choose HEER? A feeling of looseness or dryness does not necessarily have the same cause for everyone. We review the mucosa, volume and pelvic-floor condition through vaginal pressure (strength), volume (size) precision testing and examination, then plan only the laser or filler options considered relevant — alone or as a combination program such as the All-Layer vaginal laser. It is not a matter of choosing a fixed package.
- Laser and filler options are reviewed according to your condition rather than fixed to one product
- Assessment by an OB-GYN specialist with prior clinical leadership experience in Shenzhen, China
- Consultation and treatment planning led directly by a female OB-GYN specialist
HEER PRECISION CHECK POINT
- Objective testingyour current state in numbers, not subjective feeling
- About 5 minutesshort and simple
- Low discomfortproceeds much like a regular vaginal exam
- Tailored planninga treatment plan built on your results

HEER ORGAFILL — Volume Design
Rather than simply increasing the injected amount, we review vaginal length and width, mucosal condition and the areas where volume supplementation may be considered, then plan the range and amount individually. Orgafill's collagen-based characteristics may be considered with the aim of supplementing volume and a sense of elasticity; the decision centers on specialist assessment and injection planning, not the product alone.
Vaginal filler — before & after
Filler is injected inside the vaginal canal to restore volume and improve elasticity.

An illustrative schematic used to explain the change before and after treatment. Actual appearance, degree of change and duration vary by individual, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
- Suitability is considered with the aim of supplementing volume and elasticity
- Areas of the vaginal wall that may need supplementation are decided after examination
- The injection range and amount are adjusted to individual anatomy
- Ingredients and suitability are reviewed during consultation
HEER ALL LAYER vaginal laser
This program considers the mucosal, middle connective-tissue and muscle layers and may use different energy modalities alone or in combination. It is not a fixed treatment that always applies all three devices; the devices, energy and range are decided from vaginal pressure (strength), volume (size) precision testing and specialist examination.

Frequently asked questions
01What test is done before vaginal tightening?
We first objectively assess the vagina and pelvic floor with vaginal pressure (strength), volume (size) precision testing. The cause of feeling loose or reduced elasticity differs from person to person — weak pelvic-floor muscles, reduced mucosal elasticity, or tissue changes from childbirth or aging. Based on the results, the OB-GYN specialist evaluates your state comprehensively and decides with you among vaginal laser, filler or combination programs (such as the All-Layer vaginal laser).
02Does it hurt a lot?
Vaginal laser usually needs no anesthesia, and depending on the procedure local or sedation anesthesia can be used to reduce discomfort. Not every procedure requires sedation — the specialist decides based on your health and the type of procedure.
03Can I go back to work right away?
Usually the same day or the next. Vaginal laser generally allows daily activity and work from the same day, and vaginal filler from the next day or the same day, with individual variation.
04When can I exercise?
Light exercise after a few days, and strenuous exercise or swimming after about a week. For exercise that puts pressure on the treated area — gym workouts, cycling, horse riding — please start once your recovery has been checked.
05When is intercourse possible?
It depends on the procedure and your recovery. In general, about 1–2 weeks after vaginal filler and about 3–7 days after vaginal laser, following your medical team's advice; the timing can differ with the type of laser.
